Erica’s Personal Statement

I am a single mother blessed with a beautiful daughter, who continues to be my greatest motivation to grow and become a better version of myself.

Back in my hometown, I run an agricultural business where I cultivate and sell crops such as chili, rice, and vegetables. Through this business, I am grateful to be able to create opportunities and provide employment for people in my community.

Being a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur has taught me that growth never has an age or a limit. Despite my responsibilities and busy life, I continue to learn new things, including developing my skills as a Makeup Artist.

For me, learning is not only about improving myself, but also about giving back. I believe knowledge becomes more meaningful when it is shared. That is why I love taking part in activities that encourage learning, sharing books, exchanging ideas, and inspiring others.

My journey may not always be easy, but every role I carry has shaped me into a stronger, more independent, and purpose-driven woman. I believe that when a woman continues to grow, she does not only change her own life, but can also create a positive impact on the people and community around her.
